Troubleshooting

Problem 1:

When you try to engrave the job and it shows you an error like the

following:

Solution:

The software protection is not being recognized by the Vision Program.

If you have a Vision software chip in the Vision Serial Controller,

please see the following:

1) Make sure that the Vision Serial Controller is turned on and functioning

properly. (You can press the jog keys and if the table moves, then the

controller is functioning properly).

2) Make sure the Vision Engraving Software is configured for the correct

serial port in your computer. See problem 2 below for possible fix.
